Focalgrain is a brand of AYSUNOVA L.L.C-FZ, a limited liability company licensed in the Meydan Free Zone, Dubai, UAE, licence number 2650930.01, registered at Meydan Grandstand, 6th floor, Meydan Road, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, U.A.E. We are the controller of the personal data described in this policy.

We collect as little as we can. This is all of it.

We do not use analytics, advertising pixels or tracking scripts, and we set no cookies of our own. Our cookie policy has the detail.

We use personal data for these purposes only.

• To answer your enquiry and recommend a package that fits your business.
• To contact you about your enquiry by email or WhatsApp.
• To agree, deliver and invoice the services you ask for.
• To keep the quiz form safe from automated abuse and keep the site secure.
• To keep the records the law requires us to keep, such as invoices.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.

Under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law, and the GDPR where it applies, we rely on the following bases.

We share personal data with the providers that run our systems. Each one processes data on our instructions and under a contract.

We may also share data with our professional advisers, and with authorities or courts where the law requires it. We do not share personal data with anyone else.

Our providers store data in the United States, and Cloudflare and Google process data across their global networks. When we transfer data outside the UAE, we do so under the conditions the UAE Personal Data Protection Law allows, including contractual safeguards with each provider. For people in the EU or the UK, our providers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses and, where they are certified, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

If you ask us to delete your data sooner, we will, unless the law requires us to keep it.

All traffic to this site is encrypted. Personal data sent through the quiz goes straight to our list of enquiries and our inbox; it is not written to server logs. Access to our systems is limited to the people who need it. Our providers encrypt data at rest. No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your data, we will tell you and the authorities as the law requires.

You have the right to:

• Ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct data that is wrong or incomplete.
• Ask us to delete your data.
• Object to, or ask us to restrict, how we use your data.
• Withdraw consent at any time, where consent is the basis.
• Receive your data in a portable format, if you are in the EU or the UK.
• Complain to a supervisory authority. In the UAE this is the UAE Data Office. In the EU it is the authority in your country, and in the UK it is the Information Commissioner's Office.

To use any of these rights, email hello@focalgrain.com. We reply within 30 days. We may ask you to confirm your identity first. There is no charge.

We only email you about your enquiry or your project. We do not send marketing emails unless you have asked for them, and you can ask us to stop at any time by replying to any email or writing to hello@focalgrain.com.

Our services are for businesses. This site and our services are not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has given us data, email us and we will delete it.

When we change this policy we publish the new version on this page with a new date at the top. If a change matters to how we use your data, we will tell the people who have enquired or worked with us.
