We use AI tools across our work. They help us move faster and deliver higher quality. This page says where we use them, who is in charge, and how we handle your data along the way.
Where we use AI
People direct and review
AI assists. People direct it and review its output. Every deliverable is checked by our team before it reaches a client, and our team is responsible for it.
Your data
- We configure the AI tools we use so that our inputs are not used to train their models, wherever the tool allows it.
- We do not put personal contact details, such as names, email addresses or phone numbers, into AI tools unless it is necessary for the task, and we remove them where we can.
- Client material is used only for that client's project. We do not use one client's material to make work for another.
- Our privacy policy covers personal data in full.
The quiz
The package recommendation in our quiz is a simple set of rules, not an automated decision about you. It suggests a starting point from your answers. A person always follows up, and nothing is decided until we have talked.
Third-party providers
The AI tools we use are run by their providers under their own terms. We choose them carefully and review how they handle data, but we are not responsible for how those providers run their own systems, as far as the law allows.
Transparency
If AI-generated elements make up a significant part of a deliverable, we will say so on request.
